4/8/11 Customer review Mr. and Mrs. Higgins of Glendale Az. Emergency water/flood damage insurance claim. Our water heater exploded and water was everywhere. We phoned Affordable restoration and Ajf custom homes. We explained our situation and a service technician responded quickly with all the necessary drying equipment. The contractors extracted the water, installed drying equipment, removed a wall and returned one day later. The structure was completely dry, no trace of mildew or mold. We highly recommend this company.

I live in Scottsdale and had a flood in my master bedroom and closet. He came out quickly to fix my issues. I highly recommend Don for any type of restoration job you might have.

July-16-2010 Daniel Vertz (CARPET CLEANING) Don has done an excellent job.I am impressed with this old carpet. It looked horrible when he started, now it looks like new, it smells good too!  We would not hesitate to recommend him.

I had a serious disaster at my house which Don with Affordable Restoration Phoenix, Glendale, Scottsdale, was there to help me through it like it never happened. I would highly recommend Affordable Restoration to any individual with medical conditions, elderly, or just in need of a trust worthy hand. I consider Don a friend now.    

8-21-09 Excellent refinishing job!  Sal Customer from Cave Creek Az. Don refurnished my kitchen cabinets. He did a superb job at a very reasonable price. The change made a great difference to the look of the entire kitchen. I would highly recommend Don for cabinet refinishing.

My floor looked so bad that I didn't think it was possible for the stained dirty grout to look even have way decent .Thank god for Affordable Restoration! Now my floor looks brand new. I will defiantly recommend this company to as many people as I can. Thanks Jacqueline!

5-1-09 Chris Carpet Cleaning Customer Of Buckeye Az. review. Affordable Restoration of Phoenix, Glendale, Scottsdale cleaned my carpet on 4-30-09,they did a great job. My neighbor Dick liked it so much he had his cleaned the next day. The carpet dried quickly, there prices are very reasonable.        

4-28-09 Excellent job/quick response carpet cleaning review, Rich from Buckeye AZ.I wasn't expecting to have someone to respond so quickly, but Don was at my house within an hour after I called. He was very courteous and told me all the prices up front, which were very reasonable. Not only did he fix the lumps in my carpet that installers mess up, but he cleaned my carpet till it looked as good as new!! Thanks Don for taking pride in your work. It is a rare commodity these days. I would highly recommend Don and keep his card for the future.
